Senior Town Planner

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an independent national planning consultancy in their hire of a talented and enthusiastic Senior Planner! The successful candidate will join their team based in Cardiff, working on a variety of projects nationwide, delivering planning solutions to clients across the UK!

As part of this dynamic team, you will deliver exceptional planning services across various sectors, including education, energy, health, residential, retail, and major mixed-use and regeneration schemes. The team act on behalf of many high-profile clients, including some of the country's major land developers, housebuilders, and retail operators.

Candidate Requirements

  • RTPI accredited degree or equivalent qualification.
  • MRTPI chartership or in pursuit of the APC.
  • Demonstratable previous experience at Planner or Senior Planner level.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of the planning system.
  • Commercial awareness.
