Bouygues UK has an exciting opportunity available for a Graduate Assistant Site Manager to join our team.

We are currently working on a number of diverse projects across the South Wales region, and have plenty more in the pipeline! The successful graduate would be based from one of our sites in South Wales working on one of our upcoming projects.

The Role:

The Graduate Assistant Site Manager will learn and develop the skills necessary to support the project in the co-ordination and control of the onsite construction process.

You would be enrolled onto our graduate programme which is a two-year structured training scheme. The programme is designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom based learning and on the job training.

We will provide you with the support and mechanisms to build a successful career, including support with chartership.

What you`ll need:

  • A 2:1 in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • A genuine interest in the construction industry
