Our client, a long-established manufacturer is seeking a talented Quality/Process professional to join their Manufacturing Operations team.

The company has a solid financial footing and has seen significant growth.

Key duties include:• Maintaining the Company Quality System• Establishing, Implementing & Maintaining Quality awareness across sites• Responsible for Continual Improvement activities to enhance the products and environment• Working with production to identify route causes of problems and to create solutions• Work with Cross Functional teams to Generate Manufacturing Inspection Test Plans• Develop and Introduce SOP for Key Products• Familiarisation with quality systems

• Analyze Root Causes and Implement Corrective actions for Processes or parts that have concerns

• Continuously Improving Quality Procedures• Prepare Regular Improvement reports for the Group Quality Manager

Knowledge and Skills:• Previous experience in a Production Engineering environment and in a Quality / Inspection Role• Good Knowledge of technical and quality standards• Good Practical use of measuring equipment and measuring techniques• Capable of making independent decisions, whilst being appreciative of other departments• Excellent computer skills including Word & Excel• Attention to detail• Flexible and Trustworthy
