My client, a rapidly expanding agency is seeking an experienced individual with a solid background PPC, Technical aspects, managing digital strategies, leading digital marketing teams, and overseeing key client accounts.

Your role will encompass guiding multiple digital projects to fruition, maintaining clear and effective communication with clients, and nurturing the growth and development of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts across multiple channels
  • Mentor and direct junior colleagues’ campaigns.
  • Create strategy documentation, project plans, forecasts, budget recommendations, and reports. • Lead the team, ensuring resource management and quality assurance.
  • Train and develop junior colleagues, monitoring their performance and providing support.
  • Analyse client account performance and ensure accurate tracking and attribution of Paid Media activity.
  • Identify commercial opportunities for clients and recommend new Paid activity.
  • Attend client reporting calls and provide updates on progress and performance.
  • Manage and monitor media budgets, conducting month-end reconciliation and administration.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Strategy Director to improve the Paid Media offering and develop new strategies
  • Oversee multiple digital projects, ensuring the team is briefed, client communication is effective, and projects progress smoothly.
  • Display a comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing landscape and various channels.
  • Excel in client communication and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and digital marketers to meet project objectives.
  • Develop and enhance client relationships, ensuring their needs and relationships grow.
  • Utilise HubSpot proficiently to manage and strategise marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrate a successful track record in managing paid advertising campaigns, SEO, and broad digital marketing initiatives.
  • Apply creativity and strategic insight to convert client briefs into actionable digital strategies that meet objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an agency managing paid media campaigns
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including paid and organic strategies, WordPress, HubSpot, content management, CMS, data analysis, Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn and all other methods of social channelsInterest in emerging channels such as Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH), Programmatic, Audio, and Marketplace advertising.
  • Understanding of digital marketing practices across B2C and B2B business models.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a fervent passion for delivering top-notch client service.
  • Ambition to lead a team and envision the agency’s Paid Media solutions.
  • Analytical thinker with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
