We are excited to be working with a leading integrated agency looking for an experienced Paid Media professional to join their talented team as Paid Media Manager! You will play a key role within the media team and delivery media strategies for a variety of well-known B2C and B2B brands and will be responsible for the development, implementation and optimisation of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns and reporting for each channel. If you have a strong Paid Media background and are looking to join an exciting agency, this could be your next move!

What youll be doing
  • Collaborate with the Digital Director to plan, launch, optimise, and report on digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter/X, Snapchat, and TikTok. Develop campaign strategies and channel selections with the wider team.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets, ensuring effective spending and peak performance. Analyse and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements as needed.
  • Contribute to the Digital Team by maintaining administrative tasks, building relationships with colleagues, and training new/junior team members, sharing best practices.
  • Write detailed client reports and conduct campaign analysis, providing recommendations for future campaigns. Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in your work and the digital department.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics. Contribute to industry thought leadership and advocate for best practices and Google Partner Status within the team.
Experience youll need

Experience in a similar Paid Media focused position, ideally within an agency environment.
Proven ability to implement and optimise campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter/X Ads, Snapchat and TikTok Ads.
Good knowledge of managing tools including Google Analytics and GA4.
