What youll be doing
- Collaborate with the Digital Director to plan, launch, optimise, and report on digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter/X, Snapchat, and TikTok. Develop campaign strategies and channel selections with the wider team.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets, ensuring effective spending and peak performance. Analyse and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements as needed.
- Contribute to the Digital Team by maintaining administrative tasks, building relationships with colleagues, and training new/junior team members, sharing best practices.
- Write detailed client reports and conduct campaign analysis, providing recommendations for future campaigns. Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in your work and the digital department.
- Stay updated on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics. Contribute to industry thought leadership and advocate for best practices and Google Partner Status within the team.
Experience in a similar Paid Media focused position, ideally within an agency environment.
Proven ability to implement and optimise campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter/X Ads, Snapchat and TikTok Ads.
Good knowledge of managing tools including Google Analytics and GA4.
