Our amazing client, a Luxury Brasserie Restaurant in Cardiff Centre, are in search of a driven and personable Restaurant Supervisor. This property is a busy outlet catering for up to 100 covers per service. You would be part of a team of 20 and is very much focused on luxury lifestyle so requires an operator who can lead from their section as a true people leader.
