Position: Live-In Care Manager
Location: Cardiff
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the live-in care side of our business
- Ensure the highest standard of care is provided to the clients
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of live-in carers
- Develop care plans and ensure they are implemented effectively
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Previous management experience in live-in care is essential
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing exceptional care
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
