Your new company We are looking to recruiting personable, flexible and motivated assistant support workers to support our qualified staff with the delivery of care to our patients. You will be involved in meeting the psychological needs of a diverse group of service users with varying degrees of mental and physical issues. You will be caring and attentive with the skills to build strong and trusting relationships with people. It is also important that you work well in a team as you will work alongside staff from other professions.You will be working for a well-established entity, with the potential of progression and the option to complete qualifications. Your new role is working closely with the residents to manage their needs. You will be providing front of house support, such as providing admin support and reception duties. You will be completing activities to promote and build self-esteem.There are roles available at 20, 24 & 30 hours per week.Pay£12.3k - £14.7k per annum, Pro rata - £24.6k per annumWhat you'll need to succeed You will need at least 6 months experience in a social care role within the last 2 years, desirable experience in the mental health field, dealing with drug and alcohol abuse, supporting individuals with housing and their benefits.
