Randstad is recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join the Cardiff Council for the Children's teams. This is a Full-time role offering a fantastic pay rate.

Randstad seeks dedicated individuals to join our Children Social Workers for Cardiff Council team.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments to evaluate the needs and risks of children and families.

- Develop and implement care plans to safeguard the welfare of children.

- Provide support and intervention services to children and families in crisis.

- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including health professionals, educators, and community resources.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

- Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration.

- Experience working within children's services, preferably within a local authority setting.

- Strong communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage challenging situations.

- Commitment to promoting the welfare and rights of children and families.
