Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive social work services to individuals and families in need, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions to support service users.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including health professionals, educators, and community resources, to deliver holistic support.
  • Advocate for the rights and interests of vulnerable individuals, ensuring they have access to necessary services and support networks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration (e.g., Social Work England, Social Care Wales).
  • Experience working in a social care setting, preferably within a local authority or similar environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals and communities.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social work practice.
