We are currently recruiting for a Welder Fabricator to join an industry leading manufacturing and installation company in Caerphilly. Due to an ongoing investment in production and a significant increase in both demand and future orders, the company in question is looking for skilled Welder Fabricators to join their ranks on a permanent basis.

As Welder Fabricator you will:

- Use your MIG Welding skills to full advantage when working on a range of varied projects. TIG Welding

- Work and problem solve under own initiative with minimal supervision

- Produce high end work and manage your own quality standards and checks

- Ensure output is met within the timescales and quality standards

- Be able to operate a guillotine, semi-automatic saws and use various drilling techniques

- Work from schematic drawings

This role not only comes with a competitive salary and permanent contract but also offers regularovertime both weekdays and weekends. There is an opportunity to travel and additional overtime and pay uplifts and expenses when installing
