- Provide a comprehensive HR support service to management and employee across the organisation.
- Provide a high standard of first line advice and guidance to managers, staff, and volunteers across the organisation.
- Support with investigation and formal hearings in relation is disciplinary, performance and grievance management including minute taking.
- Support with absence management processes.
- Maintain the accuracy of the HRIS.
- Process a wide range of employment documents including contracts of employment.
- Support managers to recruit and induct employees and volunteers through the use of fair and relevant recruitment methods.
- Provide administrative support in relation to recruitment.
- Undertake screening checks.
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards
- An understanding of relevant employment legislation and ACAS codes of practice
- Previous experience of working in a HR generalist role
- A drivers license is essential for this role due to location
- Salary of up to £24,851 depending on experience
