Office Manager

Rich at 3D Personnel is currently looking for an experienced office administrator to work on an energy power plant, in their office area. The role is Office Manager, so looking over the smooth running of the office and supervising other clerical / admin staff.

Booking meeting, scheduling tasks, liaising with staff and the public who might visit or call, answering telephones and making calls. Those are just some examples of what the office Manager would be required to do.

£17.50p/hr.

It is a 6 month contract initially.

Monday to Friday: 07.30 - 5.30

45 hours per week,

You will need relevant office experience. The day to day duties include, uploading information to the database, using MS Office package; Word and excel for example.

Submitting information on the electronic document management system (EDMS).

This role needs someone with great attention to detail, so the information uploaded and stores is accurate.

You need good typing skills, fast but steady (whilst maintaining the accuracy)

As well as uploading documents you will be carrying out other general admin duties, such as printing and scanning for example.

This is a great opportunity with at least 6 months work.
