Alongside managing a diverse array of industrial disease claims, the successful candidate will also have the unique opportunity to engage with MOD work, adding an exciting dimension to the caseload.Your Daily Grind Will Involve:-Overseeing claims related to industrial diseases, including but not limited to, asbestos exposure, occupational asthma, and noise-induced hearing loss. -Dispensing top-tier legal advice and supporting our clients through their claims process. -Drafting, reviewing, and managing various legal documents and correspondences. -Engaging with medical professionals and other experts for evidence compilation. -Skilfully negotiating settlements and representing clients in court as required. -Instructing barristers on client's behalf when necessary. -Keeping abreast of any changes in the laws and regulations governing industrial disease claims. -Upholding the firm's standard of client service, ensuring transparent and effective communication at all stages of the claim.
