JS Recruitment is partnering with a respected and growing engineering company to recruit a Field Service Coordinator. This important role involves supporting field teams, managing daily job schedules, and ensuring great service for customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule engineering works, including inspections, servicing, and repairs

  • Coordinate the daily work of engineers, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently

  • Communicate with customers, providing updates and resolving issues

  • Use job management software (training provided)

  • Support with documentation, health & safety forms, and invoicing

  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate deliveries and services

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a planning, scheduling, coordination or service admin role

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Confident using digital tools and systems

  • Proactive and solution-focused approach

  • Experience in an engineering or technical service setting is helpful, but not essential
