Support Technician - Controls & Automation

Are you a Controls engineer or do you have a background in controls and Automation?

Would you like to be in a role where you provide support and advice to customers?

My client are a well established distributor and support a wide range of products for industrial automation, process control and electrical engineering.

The Role

• Provide technical support and advice to customers via phone, email or video
• Take calls and reply to emails for any potential customer orders
• Talking customers through a series of steps to resolve their query
• Educating end-users on how to resolve future issues

Requirements

• Background working for a controls/automation company
• PLC Controls knowledge would be an advantage
• Good friendly telephone manner

Package

• Up to 40,000 salary
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Company pension
