Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage a portfolio of employee benefit schemes for corporate clients within the Small Business Unit. This includes workplace pension schemes, health insurance, protection, and wellbeing benefits.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Employee Benefit Consultants, Support and Technical teams, and corporate clients to handle administration tasks related to existing and new benefit schemes.
  • Shadow experienced Strategic Employee Benefit Consultants to gain valuable insights into client meetings, consultative sales skills, relationship development and management, as well as compliance activities.
  • Provide technical support to Strategic Employee Benefit Consultants on various employee benefit schemes, including pension, group protection, healthcare, and wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about employee benefits and eager to learn and grow within the field.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Knowledge of UK employee benefit programmes is a plus, but not required. Our client is willing to provide comprehensive training.
