As a Meeting & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Handling all enquiries for conferences and functions within our clients Food & Beverage outlets.
Working closely with clients to ensure their needs are fully understood and met, while also maximising revenue and profits for the company.
Recording and processing all bookings, cancellations, and amendments.
You will be the main point of contact for clients, providing consistent and effective communication with our operational teams on a daily basis.
Attending daily and weekly business meetings to coordinate the smooth operation of all departments.
