Experience in Woodworking Required: Our client is seeking a talented CNC Operator with experience in woodworking to join their team. The role involves operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality wood components for furniture manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with CNC machines and a strong understanding of industrial woodworking equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop CNC program files using Biesse B Solid software
- Setup and operate 3 and 5 axis Biesse Rover CNC equipment
- Ensure products meet production schedules and quality standards
- Interpret detailed production design drawings for programming
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in the joinery environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an industrial woodworking setting
- Proficiency in 3 and 5 axis CNC programming, tooling, and operation
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
