A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Manager to join a UK known manufacturing company in the Chard area!
With no day ever being the same the Production Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Maximising downtime and increasing efficiency across the whole site
- Comply with and support the EHS polices and processes and making sure all EHS training is adhered to
- Overseeing the whole production process including drawing a production schedule
- Managing 4 Direct reports and 30 Indirect reports
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- LEAN qualification
- People/Man management skills
- Heavy manufacturing background - Aerospace/Automotive
- Knowledge of AS9100
