About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and fast-paced team, where you’ll handle incoming enquiries from customers, provide product advice, and convert calls into confirmed sales. No cold calling—just great conversations and great service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed sales
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up-to-date with promotions
- Provide a friendly, professional customer experience at every touchpoint
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role (inbound or face-to-face)
- Confident communicator with a helpful and proactive attitude
- Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
- Target-driven with a customer-first approach
- Strong attention to detail and good IT skills
