We are currently seeking a Payments Administrator to join our client in the financial industry on a temporary role for 6 months. This would suit someone who has similar experience within the financial industry, who is currently seeking a role.
Duties include:
- Respond to customer payment queries, regarding missing payments, incorrect payments, refunds etc.
- Resolving any disputes regarding payments
- Processing payments within tight deadlines
- Processing cheques
- Processing documents and ensuring they are kept up to date
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience within the financial industry
- Ability to manage a high workload and use own initiative
- Great communication and attention to detail
