- Provide professional advice, guidance, and oversight to colleagues.
- Carry a complex caseload, managing higher levels of risk.
- Deliver supervision, mentoring, and professional support to staff.
- Ensure high standards of practice and contribute to service improvement.
- Lead on audits, quality assurance, and areas of service development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders, and partner agencies.
- Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ post-qualifying experience in Adult Social Care.
- Experience supervising or mentoring staff.
- Strong knowledge of legislation, safeguarding, and strength-based practice.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Salary up to £51,130 per annum.
