ABOUT THE ROLE

We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to join our successful team. The team have been very busy in recent months with renewed demand for residential and rural property throughout North Northumberland. It’s an exciting time to join the team and be part of our ongoing growth ambitions. This role will focus on our North Northumberland housing market, with the opportunity to be involved in sales across the wider rural market.

ABOUT YOU

You may have already be an established property sales professional or be considering a career move into the property market, or just starting out in your career. Either way, we’d love to hear from you. Depending on experience, a senior level role may be considered.

As well as being customer focused, you’ll demonstrate strong skills in collaboration, communication, problem solving, planning & organising and negotiation. Bringing a positive mindset to everything you do; you’ll strive to go above and beyond and be self-motivated to meet and exceed targets.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Driving Licence

Proficient in the use of IT systems, including MS Teams, Word, Excel & Outlook.

37.5 hour week, working also on Saturday rota with day off in lieu.
