The Spa is currently closed for refurbishment so the Spa Manager will be responsible for relaunching the Spa, training the existing members of staff on the new treatments, facilities and standards as well as driving the business forward
As Spa Manager you will be responsible for managing, training and coaching approximately 20 members of staff.
As well as managing the spa you will have the opportunity to be put forward for spa awards in order to gain recognition for yourself and the spa
This is luxury, unique spa which already has a great reputation, however this is a great opportunity for a Spa Manager to put their stamp on it and be part of an exciting relaunch. The role would suit someone from a 4 or 5 star environment who has experience as a Spa Manager or for an Assistant or Deputy Spa Manager who is looking for their first step up.
