- Leading the preparation of statutory accounts, management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
- Overseeing VAT, Corporation Tax and other compliance matters.
- Managing payroll, pensions, banking and company benefits.
- Driving improvements in systems, processes and controls.
- Supporting the wider business with financial insight and decision-making.
- Acting as a key contact for auditors, external advisors and stakeholders.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally with exposure to both hands-on delivery and strategic input.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax and compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
