Ftse listed housebuilder based in Chelmsford is seeking to recruit a CIMA or ACCA studier seeking a fresh challenge.
Main responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of the Regional monthly management accounts pack (Balance sheet, P&L, variance analysis)
- Assist with budgets, forecasts and reforecasts
- Assist with the month end close, ensuring accuracy of work and deadlines met
- Assist the Finance Manager in the production of the VAT and CIS returns
- Cashflow reporting
- Regular project reporting for submission to project managers
Your background
- Part qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
- Interest in the real estate / construction sector
- Team player with high attention to detail
- Good with systems (COINS experience an advantage)
- Takes initiative
