Key Responsibilities
- Lead and assist in design development across all RIBA work stages
- Prepare, coordinate, and manage technical drawings and construction documentation
- Support project delivery, including site inspections and contract administration
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Assist with planning applications, feasibility studies, and design presentations
About You
- ARB-registered Architect
- Experience within a UK architectural practice (Part II or fully qualified)
- Strong knowledge of UK planning regulations, building standards, and construction processes
- Excellent design skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Confident and clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Proactive team player with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred
