Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and assist in design development across all RIBA work stages
  • Prepare, coordinate, and manage technical drawings and construction documentation
  • Support project delivery, including site inspections and contract administration
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Assist with planning applications, feasibility studies, and design presentations

About You

  • ARB-registered Architect
  • Experience within a UK architectural practice (Part II or fully qualified)
  • Strong knowledge of UK planning regulations, building standards, and construction processes
  • Excellent design skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Confident and clear communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proactive team player with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred
