We are seeking experienced and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience at our establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and guest preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and sanitizing workstations
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication by following responsible serving guidelines
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide friendly and attentive service
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling of beverages
- Bartending skills including knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishing
