THE POSITION:

As Chef De Partie, you will be working directly under the Head Chef, Sous Chef and owner of the Restaurant. This will entail working on any desired section and producing high quality fresh food. You will be assisting in the management of a small team and being sure that the kitchen runs smoothly in the absence of the Sous and Head Chef.

·Producing Rosette standard food

·Working with the Owner and Head Chef to create new menus

·Generally not working more than 50 hours per week.
