Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 5.30pm)

Our client, an exciting and growing, Coaching and Events company based in Chelmsford, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive their team.

They are looking for an innovative, motivated and positive manager, who can lead their team to be ahead of the curve on a daily basis! You must have previous experience managing people and the ability to lead and motivate the team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of , including Videographers, Digital Marketers and Social Media Executives.
• Working alongside the sales team to make sure campaigns and marketing are on point.
• Developing and implementing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Conducting market research, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
• Creating innovative content for social media/websites.
• CRM management.
• Create and track results, metrics and reports (determining the effectiveness of marketing activities).
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Designing all communications on-brand.
• Managing the businesses online reputation.
• Website updates and optimisation.

Your Background & Skill:

• Experience in a Marketing Manager role (any industry).
• Experience in managing a team.
• Be innovative, creative and forward thinking.
• Be able to take initiative and responsibility.
• Be a team motivator with strong communication skills.
• Ability to communicate results and new ideas clearly.
• High attention to detail, with excellent grammar.
