As a Client Account Manager, the primary responsibility is to ensure our clients receive the highest level of support and assistance throughout their journey with us, whilst meeting important company targets. The successful candidate will play a vital role in nurturing client relationships, addressing their needs, and guiding them towards the resources and services we offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritise the booking of customers to our events and maximise the attendance rate.
  • Host important discovery and onboarding meetings with customers by zoom to deliver an exceptional start to our client’s journey with us.
  • Nurture client relationships to develop trust and engagement to our products.
  • Manage the program available to clients.
  • Demonstrate ownership of the key performance of your area.
