Customer Services Executive
Our Roxwell based client are seeking an experienced individual to join their team as Customer services Executive, offering 25000 - 26000 per annum. The role is full time Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day.
What will you be doing?
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to - Ensure a high level of customer service by telephone, live chat and email, Advising customers on our range of storage solutions for home and business, Processing orders over the phone, Resolving delivery issues and tactfully dealing with occasional complaints, Replying to enquires via email, live chat and over the phone, General administrative tasks, Continually develop and increase product knowledge.
What skills will you have?
The successful candidate will be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team, Experience in complaint handling, be confident, positive, and have a can do attitude. You will ideally be located locally, within a 10-15 mile radius of our office in Writtle.
