Electrician

Electrician- We are currently looking for an Electrician in theChelmsford and surerounding areasto come on board on a brand-newsocial housing contract (domestic).

The work is carrying out mainly remedials and maintenance works. The Electrician will carry out remedial works following EICR's and complete the required minor works/ installation certificates as required. Replacing Sockets. installation works on LED lighting upgrades and other upgrades.18th Edition wiring regs required. There will also be somead-hoc general building maintenance involved.

This is a full-time contact, Monday-Friday.

180 Per day (CIS). Van & fuel card provided.

The position is initially sub-contracting but could lead to a permanent contract further down the line if this would be of interest.
