Job Title: Mortgage Broker

Location: Tilbury

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000+ depending on experience + Commission

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess clients' financial situations to understand their mortgage needs.
  • Generate leads through partnerships with local estate agents.
  • Recommend suitable mortgage products from various lenders tailored to clients' needs.
  • Coordinate with lenders, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure smooth mortgage transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and industry professionals to generate referrals and grow your client base.

Requirements

  • Must have a CeMAP qualification.
  • Experience as a mortgage broker or adviser is preferred, but we welcome candidates with a CeMAP qualification who are eager to learn.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexible and adaptable to clients' needs and market changes.
