Job Title: Mortgage Broker
Location: Tilbury
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000+ depending on experience + Commission
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients' financial situations to understand their mortgage needs.
- Generate leads through partnerships with local estate agents.
- Recommend suitable mortgage products from various lenders tailored to clients' needs.
- Coordinate with lenders, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure smooth mortgage transactions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with clients and industry professionals to generate referrals and grow your client base.
Requirements
- Must have a CeMAP qualification.
- Experience as a mortgage broker or adviser is preferred, but we welcome candidates with a CeMAP qualification who are eager to learn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexible and adaptable to clients' needs and market changes.
