Due to continued growth a successful Asbestos Removals Contractor are now seeking to take on an Asbestos Administrator to join their office in the Essex region. This role would suit someone who is able to work well and adapt in fast paced environments, in line with company and client needs. You will also be liaising directly with their longstanding Healthcare, Social Housing, Educational, and Commercial clients, confirming work to be carried out and providing support where required.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Enfield, Billericay, Braintree, Brentwood, Enfield, Bishop Stortford, Cheshunt, Grays, Dagenham, Rainham, Romford, Wickford.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have experience working within an administrative role within the asbestos removal industry.
" Will have excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise work in line with company needs.
" Keen eye for details.
" IT literate, proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
" Logging jobs onto internal systems for Healthcare, Social Housing, Educational, and Commercial clients.
" Scheduling site staff to jobs, arranging accommodation where required.
" Liaising with clients to confirm work to be carried out.
" Providing excellent day-to-day support to internal management and clients.
" Collecting information from site staff and producing detailed reports to send to clients in line with agreed timeframes.
" Carrying out effective document control.
" Assisting with completing PQQs and tenders.
" Carrying out general day to day administrative duties e.g. scanning / filing documents, making / answering phone calls, sending / receiving emails.
