A dynamic technology and communications company in Chelmsford is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their support team working Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm, Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (37.5 hours a week) and paying 23,000 - 27,000 per annum depending on relevant skills and experience.
Key responsibilities for this Sales Administrator include but are not limited to:
- Processing Customer details on various customer portals
- Sales Order Processing onto the system
- Stock Management (in pursuit of Sales Order processing you may need to order some stock to process sales orders)
- Offer excellent customer service via phone and email
- Dealing with courier companies in relation to customer orders
- Dealing with phone enquiries in relation to customer orders and stock
- Managing customer service inbox and ticketing systems
- Other duties may include stock inventory takes, price and brand analysis
Skills Required:
- Highly motivated team player with good interpersonal skills
- Excellent Telephone manner and confident multitasker
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good punctuality and time management
- Experience working in a sales administrator or call centre and customer service environment beneficial
- Ability to take initiative and to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Previous stock order experience desirable
- Touch typing desirable
