Due to our outstanding reputation and rapid growth, we are expanding our team and seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join us.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our team on weekends and evenings. As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and support to our clients with various daily tasks, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others while working alongside a supportive and dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
  • Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks as needed.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social activities, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and address any concerns or changes in condition.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a care-related role is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training and support for all new hires.
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Reliable and trustworthy, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
