An exciting opportunity has come up for a Commercial Dispute Solicitor to join our top legal client in Chelmsford on a permanent basis. This position offers hybrid flexible working and a great working culture!
key duties to include:
- Insolvency.
- Contractual disputes.
- Property litigation.
- Tenant and landlord disputes.
- Shareholder disputes.
- Civil litigation and defamation.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3years PQE.
- Strong experience managing a varied and full caseload of Commercialmatters.
- Strong work ethic and attentive to the small details.
- A team player and willing to develop your skills.
