Salary: Up to circa £40k
Year of experience required: Education sector experience desirable but not essential, experienced recruiters from other backgrounds with good business development experience and billing history considered
Hours: Term time - 7am-4:30pm or 8:30am-6pm, School holidays - 9am-3pm
Responsibilities: Making temporary and permanent placements in the education sector
Additional benefits: Hybrid working available, potential for guaranteed earnings while getting established, 10% commission paid with no threshold

Lennox Recruitment is currently working with an industry leading Education Recruitment agency based in Essex, we are looking for a motivated, driven Recruitment Consultant to join our cleint based in Chelmsford.

The role:

Hours - Term time, 7am- 4:30pm or 8:30am-6pm
Hours - During School holidays - 9am-3pm
You will be making temporary and permanent placements
Education sector experience desirable but not essential, our cleint are happy to consider experienced recruiters, from other backgrounds with good business development experience and billing history
Hybrid working available

Salary up to circa £40k PLUS option of guaranteed earnings whilst your getting established PLUS 10% commission paid on everything with no threshold !
