Description

• Supporting the Management Accountant in preparing monthly management accounts.
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
• Processing invoices and managing payments.
• Preparing VAT returns and Intrastat reports.
• Managing petty cash and expense claims.
• Adhering to financial policies and regulations.

Profile

A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:

• Ideally AAT Level 4 or higher
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
