This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) for a Management Accountant, for a highly reputable manufacturing company based Cheltenham. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial records and assisting with the company's financial operations.

Description
- Prepare and present financial reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Analyse financial data and provide actionable insights
- Assist in the development of financial strategies
- Work closely with other departments on financial matters
- Maintain records of all financial transactions
- Contribute to ongoing financial projects and initiatives
Profile
The successful Management Accountant should have:
- Studying ACCA, CIMA or ACA, or Qualified by Experience is desirable.
- Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
