Day to Day of the role:
- Managing all aspects of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Participate in the month-end process, manage Balance sheet accounts, and ensure ledger accuracy.
- Handle incoming mail and inquiries, processing invoices, employee expense forms, and updating banking services.
- Prepare and reconcile accounting data using Sage Accounts software and maintain both digital and physical financial records.
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain records related to holidays, sickness, and employees.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Possess a keen eye for details and a strong knack for numerical tasks.
- Articulate and self-assured communicator with an inquisitive mindset.
- Collaborative team member who thrives in cooperative environments.
- Familiarity with Sage Accounts is an added advantage.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and adhering to strict deadlines.
- Prior experience in finance-related roles is appreciated, but an eagerness to learn is paramount.
