Data Administrator (Maternity Cover)

I am excited to be exclusively partnering with a fantastic Marketing business on their search for an Administrator to join their commercial operations team.This role involves a variety of administrative and data management tasks, supporting our Estates and Finance teams.The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, experience in data entry, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Input and manage data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in the data input for new contracts with the support of the Operations Administrator.
  • Create accurate financial actions for team members to incorporate into reports.
  • Manage documents and assist with the weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting regime.
  • Generate ad hoc reports based on data requests from the wider team and other departments.
  • Review and improve processes and procedures.
  • Create new site records on the internal database.
  • Assist with the administration of business rates and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Serve as part of the reception team, managing phone calls and directing them as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong numerical ability, with experience in a financial setting preferred.
  • Strong IT skills, with a good knowledge of  Excel.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience as a data entry administrator, office administrator, or similar role is essential.
