We are currently seeking a Sous Chef for a gastro close to Bourton on the Water. The team behind this new pub have a wealth of experience and are the most exciting and growing company in the industry.Â
As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee the kitchen operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality dishes to the guests. Along with the head chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen team, ordering supplies, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
