The Sous Chef we are looking for will have an all fresh food, high volume, fast paced, branded high street restaurant/quick service background with the ability to manage teams, stock and GPs'.

SOUS CHEF - IS THIS YOU?

Experience as a Sous Chef in a branded high street business - high volume and fast paced serving all fresh food menus
Passion for cooking with fresh produce - core menu experience will be a bonus
A hands-on approach and a real eye for detail
A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, lead, coach, train & motivate a team
Financially astute - managing GPs', stock, costs, budgets, wastage and labour

SOUS CHEF - YOU WILL:

Work alongside the head chef managing all day to day kitchen operations in a hands-on capacity
Recruit, train, lead, coach, motivate and develop your team
Prepare and cook the all fresh company core menu
Work closely with the FOH team
Ensure all compliance, legislation and company systems & procedures are adhered to
