SOUS CHEF - IS THIS YOU?
- Experience as a Sous Chef in a branded high street business - high volume and fast paced serving all fresh food menus
- Passion for cooking with fresh produce - core menu experience will be a bonus
- A hands-on approach and a real eye for detail
- A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, lead, coach, train & motivate a team
- Financially astute - managing GPs', stock, costs, budgets, wastage and labour
SOUS CHEF - YOU WILL:
- Work alongside the head chef managing all day to day kitchen operations in a hands-on capacity
- Recruit, train, lead, coach, motivate and develop your team
- Prepare and cook the all fresh company core menu
- Work closely with the FOH team
- Ensure all compliance, legislation and company systems & procedures are adhered to
