Day to Day of the role:- Maintain and develop relationships with current customers to expand sales and business.
- Create new customer relationships leading to business development and growth in sales.
- Complete sales training program and study assignments to understand the sales process thoroughly.
- Follow the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and a personalized experience.
- Maintain CRM/Sales tracker to identify trends and sales patterns.
- Keep up-to-date with professional knowledge by reviewing publications, networking, and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism with customers at all times.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all organisational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
- Excellent organisational skills.
