The Role: Year 3 Teacher
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will lead a class of inquisitive and energetic pupils, delivering high-quality lessons that promote academic achievement and personal growth. You will plan engaging, age-appropriate lessons that bring the curriculum to life, monitor pupil progress, and create a classroom environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver the Year 3 curriculum in an engaging and inclusive way
Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
Track and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching as needed
Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents
Foster curiosity, independence, and a love of learning
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum
A nurturing and proactive teaching style
Excellent classroom management skills
A genuine passion for education and child development
ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
