My Gloucestershire based client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support their Director of operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks to enhance efficiency and productivity.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and a professional and trustworthy approach.

  • Annual Salary: Up to £30k  (depending on skills and experience)

Day to Day of the role:

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings and ensuring effective time management.
  • Organise travel itineraries
  • Filter incoming calls and emails, prioritising actions and keeping the Group Managing Director informed.
  • Create and refine documents and reports.
  • Organise meeting materials and ensure the Director is fully briefed for all agendas.
  • Taking minutes for company meetings
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prioritise tasks and responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience as a PA
  • High standards of numeracy and literacy
  • IT literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Confident taking minutes and writing reports
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and personal integrity.
