My Gloucestershire based client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support their Director of operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks to enhance efficiency and productivity.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and a professional and trustworthy approach.
- Annual Salary: Up to £30k (depending on skills and experience)
- Location: Gloucestershire
- Working hours- Monday- Friday 9am-5.30pm (can be flexible)
- Job Type: temp for 3 months with the potential to go perm
Day to Day of the role:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings and ensuring effective time management.
- Organise travel itineraries
- Filter incoming calls and emails, prioritising actions and keeping the Group Managing Director informed.
- Create and refine documents and reports.
- Organise meeting materials and ensure the Director is fully briefed for all agendas.
- Taking minutes for company meetings
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritise tasks and responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a PA
- High standards of numeracy and literacy
- IT literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Confident taking minutes and writing reports
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
- Commitment to confidentiality and personal integrity.
