We are offering an exciting opportunity working within our group owned residential service in Worcester, who specialise in supporting young adults with varying needs including neurological conditions, physical and learning disabilities.

As an Agency Senior Care Assistant, you must:
- Be over the age of 18 to apply
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship.
- Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting - preferably at senior level
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care
- Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
- Previous experience administering medication within care home settings
- Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
- Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
- Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
The duties of an Agency Senior Care Assistant include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
